Tudo sobre a Consulta do Viajante em Lisboa, Portugal

Nesse post eu vou compartilhar tudo o que eu descobri quando precisei fazer a minha Consulta do Viajante em Lisboa.

Tudo começou quando eu cismei que queria dar uma volta ao mundo partindo de Lisboa rumo ao Sudeste Asiático.

Mas ao contrário de 99% dos viajantes, eu não saí comprando passagem aérea. Afinal, eu sou especialista em planejamento de viagem, não posso dar um vacilo desses!

Além disso, a primeira coisa que eu ensino no meu curso é conferir os vistos e vacinas exigidos em cada destino – então eu tenho que dar o exemplo!

Pois bem, em uma pesquisa rápida descobri que os portadores de passaporte brasileiro têm que ter a vacina de febre amarela para entrar na Tailândia.

Ah, mas não basta ter tomado a vacina, é preciso ter o Certificado Internacional de Vacinação em dia.

E foi aí que começou a saga. Acompanhe:

Como tomar a vacina de febre amarela em Portugal?

Diferentemente do Brasil, onde qualquer cidadão vai ao posto de saúde e toma a vacina gratuitamente pelo SUS, em Portugal o procedimento é um pouco mais complexo.

A primeira coisa que você tem que fazer para tomar a a vacina de febre amarela (ou qualquer vacina para viajar) em Portugal  é marcar uma Consulta do Viajante.

Não, não é uma consulta com o médico de família ou um médico aleatório, tem que ser uma consulta específica. Sem consulta, não é possível tomar a vacina.

Como marcar a Consulta do Viajante em Portugal?

É preciso acessar a página dos Centros de Vacinação Internacional em Portugal e ver em quais hospitais e clínicas é possível marcar a Consulta do Viajante. Mas atenção: nessa lista do há consultas pagas e gratuitas, convém confirmar o valor do serviço antes da marcação.

Ufa! Parece que há bastante opção para fazer a Consulta do Viajante em Lisboa mas na verdade há muitos detalhes que tornam esse processo bem demorado.

Em alguns locais não há a possibilidade de marcar a consulta por e-mail, só por telefone.

Nesses mesmos locais, ninguém atende o telefone – então só indo presencialmente para marcar.

Como marcar a Consulta do Viajante em Lisboa?

Começamos enviando um e-mail com cópia oculta para todos os locais acima.

Na solicitação de marcação por e-mail você deve enviar a seguinte informação (sua e de quem vai viajar com você):

– Nome completo
– Número de utente
– Morada completa
– Destino da viagem
– Dia da viagem
– Comprovativo da última dose COVID 19 administrada há mais de 15 dias

Tivemos retorno da maioria dos e-mails no mesmo dia com algumas informações importantes:

Não é possível fazer a consulta fora do seu conselho de residência (se eu moro em Lisboa, tenho que fazer a Consulta do Viajante em Lisboa, não posso fazê-la em Loures, por exemplo).

O tempo de espera para uma Consulta do Viajante em Lisboa pode passar de 2 meses – por isso eu digo e repito que não dá pra comprar a passagem aérea e depois ver isso.

É possível marcar a consulta em um local e, com a prescrição médica, marcar a vacina no outro (foi o que eu fiz).

Os valores das vacinas variam dependendo do local.

Como acabamos indo à vários locais, vou relatar nossas experiências com cada um deles – lembrando que fomos em outubro de 2022 e muita coisa pode ter mudado.

Instituto de Higiene e Medicina Tropical

Primeiramente fomos ao Instituto de Higiene e Medicina Tropical.

Chegamos, preenchemos um formulário e rapidamente descobrimos que só a consulta custava 65€ por pessoa – e se fosse no mesmo dia, custava 80€.

E como se não pudesse ficar pior, só a vacina de febre amarela lá custa 41,50€.

Obviamente saímos correndo – somando consultas e vacinas íamos gastar o valor da passagem aérea pra Ásia. É um pouco demais, né?

Hospital Santa Maria

No mesmo dia, fomos até o Hospital Santa Maria e nos informaram que a marcação da consulta do viajante deveria ser feita pelo menos 5 semanas antes da viagem – informação que não estava escrita em lugar algum.

Foi bastante desanimador, mas foi lá que descobrimos que era possível marcar uma consulta particular e então ir ao Hospital com a prescrição médica para fazer a vacina.

O assistente que nos atendeu disse: “Já vi pessoas que fizeram uma consulta on-line e depois vieram cá só tomar a vacina, mas não sei como isto funciona.”

Consulta do Viajante Online

Foi assim que encontrei o site Consulta do Viajante Online.

No início ficamos um pouco receosos do site não ser confiável, mas há mais de 1000 avaliações no Google, então apostamos.

Fizemos o agendamento no próprio site para um domingo, 18h e pagamos 45€ para uma Teleconsulta do Viajante em Casal.

Consulta em um domingo? Pagando 1/4 do preço do Instituto de Higiene e Medicina Tropical? Estava bom demais pra ser verdade…

E foi! A consulta foi feita via Skype com o Dr. Afonso Caires e foi impecável.

Antes da consulta preenchemos um formulário com o nosso roteiro de viagem (Sudeste Asiático e Américas) e o Dr. Afonso nos orientou sobre todos os cuidados específicos para cada destino.

Ele falou sobre cuidados com água, alimentos, doenças mais comuns em cada região, prescreveu ainda todos os medicamentos e vacinas necessárias para que a gente viajasse com a saúde em dia.

Sério, eu fiquei impressionada, minha vontade era dar essa consulta de bônus para todos os alunos do meu curso de planejamento de viagem, o Plano V.

Após o final da consulta, recebemos as prescrições por e-mail com as orientações de quais vacinas tomar no hospital e quais tomar na farmácia.

Fomos prescritos as seguintes vacinas – baseadas nos destinos da nossa viagem:

Vacina contra a Febre Amarela – 20€
Vacina contra a Febre Tifóide – 20€
Vacina contra o Tétano – gratuita

Vacina contra Hepatite A – 15€ (única tomada na farmácia)

Com a prescrição em mãos, fizemos o agendamento para tomar as vacinas no Hospital Garcia de Orta dois dias depois.

Chegamos lá e tivemos um atendimento fantástico. Só tenho elogios.

Carteira Internacional de Vacinação em Portugal

No hospital foi emitida a nossa Carteira Internacional de Vacinação. Custou 1€. Um documento simples mas indispensável para entrar em países onde essas vacinas são exigidas.

Além disso, todas as vacinas foram registradas no Sistema Nacional de Saúde de Portugal, onde já havia o registro das nossas 3 doses de COVID.

E foi assim que terminamos o dia 100% imunizados e prontos para dar uma volta ao mundo!

Remédios para levar na Viagem

Como eu não sou médica, não posso listar aqui os remédios que o Dr. Afonso nos prescreveu, mas posso dizer pra que eles servem para você também montar a sua farmacinha básica de viagem:
